When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. You'll get tracking details once it's dispatched.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service. Remote areas, weekends and holidays can take a little longer.
What is your return window?
You can request a return within 12 days of delivery. Shoes must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging with tags intact.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. After shipping, they can only be returned as per our return policy.
I got the wrong size. What now?
Contact us within 12 days of delivery with your order number. Size exchanges are subject to availability, and the shoes must be unworn and in original condition.
